"Refund issue got resolved"
I had a bit of an issue with my refund at first, but it ended up getting sorted out. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but the refund did come through in the end, so I’m glad it was resolved.

"Delivery was a lot slower than I expected"
I ordered from nvmos.com and the delivery took way longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated, so for days I had no idea if my package was still sitting somewhere, already on a truck, stuck at a warehouse, or just randomly not being scanned. It did show up eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the waiting part was frustrating. If you’re ordering something you need quickly, like a replacement item, a gift, something for a trip, or basically anything with a deadline, I’d probably think twice. Not the worst experience ever, just slower and more annoying than I’d hoped
"Felt Safe Paying Here"
I was a little cautious before ordering from nvmos.com since I’m usually picky about where I enter my card details. Compared to some random sites that look sketchy right away, this one felt more normal and straightforward.
The payment page looked secure, and I got my confirmation almost immediately after paying. I also checked my bank app after, like I always do, and there were no strange extra charges or anything that made me nervous.
I had one small question and support actually replied, which made the whole thing feel more trustworthy. Overall, it felt safer than I expected, and I’d be fine using it again.

"They replied, but wow, it took a bit?!"
I had to reach out to nvmos.com support about my order, and they did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I thought it would?! The response itself was fine and they answered my question, but I had to wait around and follow up once before it got sorted. Not a horrible experience or anything, just not exactly fast. Overall, it was okay, but I do think their customer support could be a little more responsive.

"The site was kind of clunky for..."
The site was kind of clunky for me, and checkout took way longer than I expected. A few pages loaded slowly, and I had to re-enter my details twice, which made the whole thing feel a bit careless. Maybe I’m just reading into it, but the experience gave off the impression that the checkout flow hasn’t been updated in a while. It wasn’t a total disaster, just definitely more annoying than it should’ve been

"Just felt overpriced to me"
I don’t know, my gut reaction was that the prices were a bit too high for what you actually get. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but it just didn’t feel worth it to me
